 New Porgera Limited – 2026 Graduate Development Program

New Porgera Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified graduates to join its 2026 Graduate Development Program (COMPASS). This program is designed to support young professionals as they develop technical expertise and leadership capability within a large-scale mining operation at Porgera.

The COMPASS Graduate Development Program combines hands-on, site-based work experience with structured technical learning aligned to New Porgera Limited’s technical learning objectives. Graduates will gain practical exposure while building skills required for long-term careers in the mining industry.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum GPA of 2.75 or above
• Completed final year of study in 2025, or graduated within the last three (3) years
• Qualification obtained from a recognized tertiary institution

Graduated in one of the following disciplines:

1. Civil / Structural Engineering
2. Mine Engineering
3. Mechanical Engineering
4. Electrical Engineering
5. Geology
6. Accounting
7. Metallurgy
8. Human Resource Management
9. Information & Communication Technology
