ExxonMobil PNG Recognises 11 Staff in its country Manager Awards Program

ExxonMobil PNG has recognized 11 of its staff for their contributions across the PNG LNG project as part of its annual Lead Country Manager Awards Program.

In its sixth year, the program recognizes and celebrates staff members who showed outstanding contributions towards the 'Em Pasin bilong ExxonMobil long PNG' or in English the way we do things at ExxonMobil in PNG culture.


ExxonMobil PNG Chairman and Managing Director, Peter Larden, congratulated all the recipients and acknowledged the entire team's hard work during the year.

The ExxonMobil culture is underpinned by the six core behaviors of safety, security, environment, integrity, teamwork, and excellence. 

The 2022  Lead Country Manager Awards recipients are;

1. Janeth Gurame and Louisa Sernay - Safety award.

2. Stephen Samuel - Security award.

3. Colman Otmar and Annabelle Smith - Environment award.

4. Rosinta Lakasa and Fatima Morgan - Integrity award.

5 Mea Vai and Marciah Mizigi - Teamwork award, and

6. John Mobilus and Belinda Gurra, - Excellence award.
