Newmont is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Kitting and Staging to lead warehouse operations supporting mobile asset management and shutdown activities at its Lihir Gold Mine.

The successful candidate will supervise kitting and staging operations, coordinate warehouse workflows, lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure safety compliance, and work closely with maintenance and shutdown teams to support efficient site operations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or related fields.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse kitting and staging processes.
• Experience with SAP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of mobile fleet servicing and shutdown operations is desirable.
