1. Crane Operator

A full-time role based in Simberi, New Ireland Province. The Crane Operator is responsible for operating heavy-lift crane machinery to support mining operations on the Simberi open-cut mine. This position is part of the Simberi Gold Company under St 

2. Contracts & Procurement Superintendent

Full-time role at Simberi, overseeing the management of contracts and procurement activities. The role supports the wider operational needs of the mine by ensuring efficient sourcing, vendor management, and compliance with procurement policies.

3. Project Metallurgist

A fixed-term, full-time position on a 21/14 FIFO roster in Simberi. The Project Metallurgist is responsible for planning and executing metallurgical testing and plant improvements, working closely with operational teams to optimize ore processing. 

4. Mobile Maintenance Technical Specialist

Fixed-term full-time role with a 21/14 FIFO roster from Australia to PNG. The specialist manages maintenance programs for mobile heavy equipment and ensures optimal machinery performance and availability.

5. Project Geologist

Full-time with a 21/14 roster across multiple PNG locations. Reporting to the Exploration Superintendent, this role leads drilling campaigns, mapping, sampling, data recording/QC, and geochemical interpretation to support exploration strategy. 

6. Senior HR Officer

Full-time 21/14 FIFO position in Simberi that supports the Human Resources Superintendent. Responsibilities include managing HR systems and processes—covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, leave, and compliance with policies. 

7. Rigger

Full-time, 15/13 roster position in Simberi. Reporting to the Plant Crane Supervisor, the Rigger directs crane operations during load handling, inspects and maintains rigging equipment, splices cables, logs equipment condition, and ensures safety compliance. 

8. Electrician

Full-time, 15/13 roster role in Simberi. The Electrician maintains and repairs fixed plant electrical systems across the mine site, ensuring safe and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure.
