The Santos PNG Graduate Development Program aims to provide an accelerated career development pathway for young graduates, by incorporating on the job technical training along with soft skills building.
Graduates rotate throughout the business to gain a variety of experiences related to the disciplinary paths over a period of three years.

Criteria:
- PNG Citizen
- GPA of 3.5 – 5.0
- Must be in final year of study or have graduate within the last 3 years.
Have a degree in:
- Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical or Petroleum
- Science: Sustainable Tropical Agriculture, Sustainable Fisheries Marine Resources or Environmental Science
