You will ensure safe and effective delivery of electrical work across the site, including the management of statutory electrical compliance and OTML electrical standards. You will establish an electrical compliance group and ensure the electrical design standards and approved work practices are adhered to. You will also ensure compliance with OTML’s change management programme.
To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in a similar superintendent of electrical execution role. It would be highly regarded, if you have attained a tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role at a mine or minerals processing plant. You must be a member of IEPNG or equivalent and be able to take on a statutory appointment as Mine Electrician. You will be a team player with a positive safety attitude who enjoys problem solving and dealing with challenging technical and people issues. You will be self-motivated and have great communication and interpersonal skills
